In my job, I have to over-perform to build the trust and respect clients demand. Having industry credentials and an MBA gives me the knowledge to fit all pieces of the insurance puzzle together. I have vast experience in international business, and a fluency in Chinese is an added advantage.
But I know those qualifications are only enough to get me in the door. For me, trust is never taken for granted. My clients know I’ll always do what I say I’ll do. They know I’ll ask the right questions to prevent account delays, and they know I’ll learn the necessary details of their business to help them meet their needs.
