As a former risk manager, I understand the
unique challenge of demonstrating a broker’s value to
management and the board of directors. That’s why I
take the time to work with clients to show how our work has
a positive affect on the company’s bottom line.
With quarterly meetings, we routinely walk
clients through the process and customize plans around their
needs, we spend extra time learning their business and understanding
unique circumstances to help manage their risk—not just
insure it.
When my clients call, they know I’m here
to help. We are not a national brokerage, so we have to prove
our capabilities and keep proving them over and over again.
But it should come as no surprise that we offer services well
beyond those of the national brokers. We’re more responsive,
and we dedicate more time and resources to our clients.
When a board of directors reviews its risk
management program, it’s my job to ensure that everything
is in place with standards and practices that are the best
in the industry. I am accountable for my results, and that’s
how I approach my work every day.
