When I began in this industry, I decided to hone my skills as a general problem solver and take on challenges of large scope, scale and complexity. I have worked as a national broker and an underwriter for local, regional and international carriers and now have expertise and experience on my side. My background is extensive; my desire to learn each client's business inside and out is the reason.
To serve a diverse realm of clients in various industries and countries, I have to be flexible. Handling the day-to-day needs of clients, such as IT biotech, homeland security, bridge builders and large non-profit organizations, requires the ability to adapt to their distinctive business setting and specific operational needs. While I may be working on an informal presentation at a sidewalk cafe with a client one day, I may be learning Japanese business customs for a formal presentation the next. I am here to provide support in every way possible.
My goal is for each of my clients to view me as an employee, not an outside vendor. This means working diligently to fully understand the various aspects of their business like an employee would. By doing so, I am able to understand how best to communicate with them and they can trust their organization is in good hands.
