The difference between an ordinary firm and an exceptional one is client service. When my clients have a question or problem, they get an immediate answer. I recognize that they are busy and their time is valuable, so if they take the time to call me, they need my assistance and expertise at that moment, not the next day.
When a complex, technology client employs thousands of people, they are likely to have some ongoing questions and concerns about their risk management program. How did I manage their ongoing needs? I set up an office at their facility that I visited on a weekly basis to provide on-site support for any policy or potential exposure issues that arose—not because I had to, but because it was the most effective solution for my client.
Going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and strong, lasting relationships is my No. 1 priority—a matter that I take very seriously. I want each of my clients to recognize the value that I bring by helping them meet their present business objectives, as well as their future ones.
