It’s almost an industry cliché
to boast of great customer service. But when nearly all your
clients have been with you since day one, that’s something
else. My job is to ensure every client gets the best possible
service every day. That’s not just a philosophy or idle
words to fill a marketing brochure; it’s what I bring
to work each morning.
I think I’m successful because I enjoy
working with my clients. They trust me, and they know that
I approach every issue with a whatever-it-takes attitude.
It’s just who I am. They know that every issue carries
unique challenges, and I’ll never treat two exactly
the same.
Hylant allows me to be that diligent. Unlike
other brokerages, we don’t encourage inter-office competition.
We work as a team, and if a client needs more attention on
a certain issue, we have the resources and the flexibility
to address those needs, together. That, I think, allows me
to be who I am and always act in my clients’ best interests.
