Client Executive
I see the big picture—the pieces and parts that work together to create the whole. This perspective allows me to effectively develop a risk management program that meets all of my client's needs and business objectives.
Losses drive the cost of premiums and cause financial strain on an operation. That's why surveying the total cost of risk is a necessity in helping clients make educated decisions. All aspects must be considered, including the strategic, financial, operational and hazardous elements, in order to generate the best possible solution.
Ultimately, this means designing a program that will benefit the culture of your operation. When a venture capital group with five companies under its corporate umbrella sought counsel, I designed a program that placed all of the companies under one policy with the same expiration. Implementing this program not only provided seamless convenience, but it also allowed the group to establish their own risk management department to access and manage operational conditions.
I understand that each client's business has numerous components that should be evaluated when developing a risk management program. Fully exploring these elements ensures that I am making the most complete and beneficial assessment for my clients.
