Any agent can sell a policy and then fade into the background. But that isn't what keeps clients happy, loyal and successful.
An agent should be your partner - someone who understands your business model and financial goals and is committed to developing a long-term solution to meet all of your specific insurance needs. In this industry, especially, one size does not fit all.
Although I help lead the property casualty group, you won't find me sitting behind my desk delegating responsibilities. My passion is working directly with clients. Whether I am helping a large auto supplier with machinery coverage or educating a family-owned restaurant on workers compensation claims, face-to-face client interaction energizes me.
My job is to not only show my clients the best options for effectively managing their risks, but also to provide them with the continuous service needed to help their operation flourish. I work to ensure that all available resources are leveraged to develop the best program for my clients, whenever necessary.
Clients are the backbone of this industry, and they deserve an advocate who will stand beside them when a challenge emerges. Filling that role for each of my clients is why much of my new business comes from referrals.
