My job is to help protect and improve a company’s
bottom line by working closely with clients to make sound
risk management decisions. I help companies understand the
impact of risk on their business, how to best manage internal
risk, and how to transfer remaining risk through insurance
or other means.
By adding appropriate risk management resources,
tools and programs, we recently reduced workers’ compensation
costs by 30 percent for a Fortune 1000 manufacturer. For another
Fortune 1000 manufacturer, we reduced the cost of risk by
a full 40 percent after we mapped out all the company’s
exposures, benchmarked their results, and retooled their entire
risk management program.
By taking the time to closely examine a company’s
entire financial picture, we work to strike the right
balance between insurance and risk tolerance. Helping clients
understand the financial reach of risk management is what
I do best. It’s about listening and knowing my clients’
needs. It’s about becoming part of their business.
