On one occasion, a client had incurred a large financial loss
and was having difficulty with the renewal.
By approaching the situation head-on, I negotiated
an attractive renewal that minimized their premiums and retentions.
Taking an aggressive approach requires me to
not only have a solid understanding of my clients’ businesses,
but also necessitates personal attention to each and every
situation. If a problem occurs for one of my accounts, I’m
the one who addresses the issue from start to finish.
