This industry is about overcoming challenges, especially when it comes to global, multinational accounts where large exposures can create extraordinary situations. Turning a challenge into an opportunity for results requires listening to a client's concerns. By carefully reviewing and identifying their needs, I am often able to overcome their challenges and exceed their expectations.
When a client incurred a major loss of approximately $50 million, the task of getting their policy renewed was difficult in itself. But by highlighting the company's positive qualities, I was successful in obtaining better terms and better pricing for them at renewal time.
Designing programs for global, multinational property coverage allows me to test my abilities on a daily basis. Having the opportunity to work with some of the largest companies in the world, where no day is like the one before, is why I chose this profession. Some agents fear the unknown. Luckily, for my clients, that's where I thrive.
