Communication is the key to establishing successful relationships in this and any business. The Fortune 500 clients that I serve depend on me for more than just an initial policy. In order to advance their businesses in a global economy, they need ongoing support and assistance.
While working in various corporate settings throughout my career, that lesson became clear. Despite the departure of numerous employees, I was able to maintain and progress an effective system of constant communication for meeting my clients’ needs and providing solutions to their emerging exposures.
I’ve served clients in the global market longer than many other agents in this industry. And I’ve worked with larger accounts than most. But it is my communication and interpersonal skills that allow me to overcome challenges for my clients, build strong relationships and ultimately, be successful in this industry.
