We started the Cleveland office 16 years ago
from scratch. In the past five years, revenues have tripled
and most of our original clients are still with us today.
In fact, our overall client retention rate is above 95 percent,
and our employee retention rate is even higher.
Many of our employees have served their clients
for a decade or more, in part, because we offer extensive
back-office support by individuals who understand our clients’
businesses and practices. It’s a level of client attention
few of our competitors can match.
I’ve always prided this firm on our brokers,
who are some of the most trusted and knowledgeable advisors
in the industry. My job is to provide them with the tools
and resources they need to offer the highest level of service
available. And, our peer mentoring program allows us to further
improve customer service and bring young brokers into the
industry.
Our approach allows us to stay focused on the
clients’ bottom line, react quickly to their needs and
develop a better understanding for their businesses. We don’t
answer to Wall Street, and we don’t approach clients
on a one-size-fits-all basis. All of our solutions are customized
to each and every client.
