Insurance is not typically associated with words like "creativity" or "innovation," but as a Hylant practice leader, I put that philosophy to work for my clients every day.
My role is diverse. It consists of providing strategic direction for the employee benefits team, performing carrier negotiations and structuring program plan design. More importantly, I implement each with the working knowledge that a standard solution is not always best, particularly because each client and their needs are different.
Designing and executing unique client and insurance carrier solutions, such as minority business credits, alternative funding options or creative purchasing alliances, allows me to give my clients the superior group benefits and consulting services that they deserve.
But my passion for inspired solutions doesn't end there. Hiring and retaining exceptional industry professionals, who recognize and appreciate the need for innovation, ensures client satisfaction.
Each day, my goal is to design an employee benefits program that exceeds expectations. By utilizing ingenuity, intelligence and integrity in each aspect of my client service strategy, I am certain that the programs I create fit the bill. And often that requires a great deal of creativity.
