public accountant with Ernst & Young, I understand what
concerns CFOs. At Hylant, we approach risk management from

I was never a great athlete in school, but
I’ve always had a strong will to win. In my job, I consider
each issue a challenge, and I turn over every stone until
I find the best solution. As a privately held firm,
we don’t report to investors, and we don’t sacrifice
service for short-term gains.
