We also hold firm to the notion that properly servicing large accounts shouldn't be routine, nor should it be left to novice or unproven personnel.

With this, Hylant's Large Account Practice has developed innovative new training designed to enhance its already experienced professionals with the unique knowledge and expertise required to accommodate Fortune 1000 companies.

The training provides participants with a course of study and forums to learn from the industry's best. It is designed to improve fundamental skills and knowledge, as well as to benchmark lessons from industry-wide best practices and mistakes.

Participants stay abreast of emerging risk-management issues, while building their relationships and reputations with carriers. Many are required to research and report on industry trends in their specialty. Many of those reports are published in Hylant's periodic Large Account e-newsletter.

When sessions are concluded, qualified participants are granted Large Account Accreditation (LAA). However, the training does not end there. It becomes an ongoing education throughout the careers of all Hylant's Large Account members to continuously teach and build on their experience and knowledge base.
